Crush in tragedy! Should i move on? what are my options?

ok, here goes. . . I met this guy at work, we've never really spoken but i bump into him allot and whenever i walk by him and snatch a look at him, i catch him looking at me, it a quick glance away when he sees me looking. I go up to where he works and talk to my friend asking when she is going to take a break, i asked him if it was ok if she took her break with me right now and he seemed all fidgety and stumbling what to say. Its usually only when i start and finish work when i see him because our departments are so far away from each other. but one day i told me workmate i had a little crush on this guy and when walking through my work to go home, as we ped him in a corridor my friend shouts out "Is that him?" and he immediately looks up at me. I kept walking keeping quiet but my other friend ran back to take a look at him and he caught her as she peered round the corner. I feel totally embarred and i dont know what i should do. as he left work i saw him glance at me whilst walking with his friend out the door. have a blown it? what should i do? should i move on?
