New iPod Nano 4GB. How do I upload music to it? 10 pts if you read the bottom too and answer my qs.HELP NEEDED

I won this raffle at school and I got those new iPod nano 4gb. Woo Hoo ! Anyways.... It's not the rectangle ones though. It's a like fat square. It looks like the video ipod but smaller. Can I upload videos and music to it? Or only music? And I don't even know how to turn it on? Does it come with a charger? Or do i need to buy one? And how do I upload music from iTunes to the iPod? Please answer. If I understand your answer and I know what your talkin bout then I'll choose you as best answer. Anymore info I should know about ipods? like how i could be careful to it and any ways to protect it from breaking or w/e. thnxxx sooo much. I really need your help
