Do all war movies have to be approved by the pentagon to be featured anywhere?

hi im a film maker, and i recently finished shooting a war film of mine and i want to enter it in a film festival, this film cost thousands of dollars to make and it is not based on any real events, but someone told me that all war films must be approved by the pentagon before i can show it anywhere, is this true?
