Is this breaching human rights or is it about ruddy time...?

You want my honest opinion? It's a load of government b'sht designed to make the public feel they are doing something. A lie detector test is a load of nonsense. As far as I am aware, they are not admissable in a court of law because of their unreliability, so who is the government trying to fool?
