What is Respectable to you?

We often say, " He/She just lost my respect" but what attributes or actions are respectable ( honesty, integrity etc). Define someone you respect. Please don't just answer I respect Martin Luther King Jr. or Gandhi. I'm talking about real people you interact with regularly. I don't need names or anything I just want to know what makes people respectable to you.
