I sprained my ankle in the middle of August and now it is in the beginning of June. It was a really bad sprain that was visibly there for about 2 weeks ( really widespread deep purple and yellow bruising) and i dont think that it healed properly because my ankle is still slightly swollen, and when i move a certain way it still hurts. what do you think is the cause and what should i do about it? im in an activity where i have to run for a warm up, do you suggest not running laps because of it?
