Clue me in: why is Fergie a star?

I think she will do just fine. she has a good voice and the moves it takes to entertain today. all three of the ladies you named also had a few small stints in the movies and were questionable at some part in their careers about their lifestyles and they stood the test of time. I think she is a very likable person just as the others were. i am also from the older generation.
