Does anybody commute from either Bradford or Huddersfield to Leeds centre by car on a morning?

If so, how long does it take? Are there always trafic jams? Do you use the M1 or M62? How about evenings setting off from Leeds at 5? My partner is going to either Huddersfield or Bradford University.
