Fossils Transitional Fossils?

You are confused by the conflict between Science and Dogma! If light travels at the speed of light,and starlight can take hundreds of 'light years' to reach us to be seen,then how could it be that the Earth is only 10,000 years old? Were the stars already here when Earth was 'created'? Were we created last? All religions were invented in the absence of Science!
