Group without any owner?

Hi! There is a orphan yahoogroup without any moderator at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nehzatjk Why don’t Yahoo delete Orphan Yahoogroups? It seems like the moderator has deleted his/her email account nehzatjk@yahoo.com ociated with the yahoogroup. What is the official policy of Yahoo for such cases?
