How long can a cat live with a tumor or cancer, without it being treated at all?

I watched my dad die from lung cancer. We were not sure how long he had it but he died 6 months after diagnosis. You never really know. Don't beat yourself up over it. The outcome would have been the same and the cat could have suffered more if treated.
