I just got my first speeding ticket (39 in a 25). what to do?

i've never gotten a ticket. i thought i was in a 35, but the officer told me there was a visible sign. i'm new to the area, work full time with bad hours and have no time for court. i also had a ticket for improper registration because i hadnt switched my license plates out yet (had them just hadnt put them on). how much do you think this will cost me if i dont go to court? i live in virginia if that helps
