Laptop help please =D?

I'm having an allowance of 200 malaysian ringgit now (round 60 usd). And i wanna buy a new laptop. Im just a 13 year old kid... And well my father doesn't approve of me having laptops coz he says we already have a CPU (which is like 10 years old and using Intel Pentium III). So... any ideas on how should i save my money and which brand of laptop i should buy? I wanna try to get one by like this year =X. THANKS LOTS! =D
