Looking for Horses for sale in the Altoona,Pa area?

HI im trying to find a horse for my mothers birthday. ive checked the adoption sites but i cant seem to find one i can afford. Don't get me wrong I will be able to give it all it needs but I don't have 2000 to buy one. If anyone knows of any in this area or close to it please let me know. Thanks Jess
