What is the normal cholesterol count for each day.?

My cholesterol is up to 300 - my trygliserates are 189. I figure a stoke is on the way. I know how to lower them. My question is , what's the number of cholesterol count for each day if I didn't have this problem ? Hurry ! Thanks ! Barbara
